This resort could teach other resorts what customer service is all about. The staff at Le Blanc are absolutely there for you. They believe they cannot do enough for you! From Carlos, the matre'd in the Japanese restaurant to Marco and Julio (butlers on the 8th floor), the attitude was they were there for your "every wish". No matter what you needed, they always repeated your name and stated "my pleasure". The day we left, Carlos asked us to stop by the International Restaurant and pick up a "to go" box since it was near lunch time and we were off to the airport (what a touch). We cannot wait to go back....we have stayed in over 10 hotels in Cancun and this was far the best (we have stayed at the Marriott Casa Magna, the Westin, the Moon Palace, the Cozumel Palace, the Adventura Palace and several other hotels.....none of these comes close to the high marks we give Le Blanc and its' staff. We stayed at the 7 star Burj Al Arab in Dubai and Le Blanc's customer service wins hands down. Do yourselves a favor....stay at Le Blanc....I can guarantee you will be VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!!
