This was our second time at the Le Blanc. We went on our honeymoon the first time in December 2007 and just went back now for a short vacation. If you want consistency in the level of service, this is the place to go. We believe you will not get this level of customer service anywhere else you would go. You are greeted and treated like royalty from the minute you walk in until the minute you walk out the door. The entire staff are unbelievable friendly and extremely hard workers. If you want to relax and be pampered, this is the place to go. What you pay is worth every penny, from the service and facilities, to the food and drinks. Great dining with four restaurants and good wine list. They do not take no for an answer and if they do not have something you want or like, they will make it happen or find you something even better instead. There is food and drinks for all tastes, but if you do not like anything, there must be something wrong with you. The staff are truly there for you and they assure that it is a pleasure for them to serve you. It is natural and nothing forced. The view is incredible, the cleanliness of everything is great! Have to try the Spa, is worth it! Want room service, you got it 24/7, minibar and a double-jacuzzi too! And your butler is there for you any time, even to prepare your jacuzzi how you want it.
We will have a hard time staying at any other place but the Le Blanc when we go to Cancun. In fact, we are planning a yearly trip from now on.
Good new additions since last visit: free internet, long distance calls, the pillows at the pool/beach lounge chairs, the new pizza place on the 3rd floor, new activities.
Thank you to all the staff at Le Blanc for givinng us another amzaing experience. Special thanks to Noe at the International Restaurant, Lucinda at the pool who always has a big smile and Sergio at the pool- you are the man!
And please, if you go, even though tips are included, tip the staff, they truly deserve it and work hard to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. So again, if you want the best of all-inclusive hotels, Le Blanc is the place, but that is if you like to relax and enjoy your self. There is no loud music anywhere nor people screaming or talking loud, specially no kids!

First let me say that we started travelling to Mexico 6 years ago on our Honeymoon. Since then we have become Palace Premier members. This was our first visit to Le Blanc, The hotel was at 20% occupancy, but the staff was at 100%. We were often one of 3 or 4 couples in the restuarants. The service was the best I have ever received ( any where not just in Mexico ) The food was the best I have ever had in Mexico and often was the best I have ever enjoyed. The help from the front desk to the butler were always asking if we needed any help, or if they could schedule any of the included tours, or spa treatments. The spa at Le Blanc was first class, as were the treatments.
I will admit that I did not take advantage of many of the amenities that Le Blanc has to offer, the pillow menu, the aroma in the room, room service ( full menu's )
But I did play Golf at the Moon Palace, 27 holes, which included the transportation.

We fould that most of Cancun was very slow due to the economy and the flu scare. This made for great deals while shopping. It also made for the easiest trip in and out of the airport. What a great time to visit Cancun... We will be going again soon.

This resort could teach other resorts what customer service is all about. The staff at Le Blanc are absolutely there for you. They believe they cannot do enough for you! From Carlos, the matre'd in the Japanese restaurant to Marco and Julio (butlers on the 8th floor), the attitude was they were there for your "every wish". No matter what you needed, they always repeated your name and stated "my pleasure". The day we left, Carlos asked us to stop by the International Restaurant and pick up a "to go" box since it was near lunch time and we were off to the airport (what a touch). We cannot wait to go back....we have stayed in over 10 hotels in Cancun and this was far the best (we have stayed at the Marriott Casa Magna, the Westin, the Moon Palace, the Cozumel Palace, the Adventura Palace and several other hotels.....none of these comes close to the high marks we give Le Blanc and its' staff. We stayed at the 7 star Burj Al Arab in Dubai and Le Blanc's customer service wins hands down. Do yourselves a favor....stay at Le Blanc....I can guarantee you will be VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!! We stayed at Le Blanc for our honeymoon. All I can say is wow! I don't think there could be any better service anywhere. Christian is a great guy. He is just a bartender, but a true friend. There was not one person at this place that was not happy to do anything for us. It was their pleasure to serve us and not just because they had to.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. Our rooms were cleaned every time we left out of them, and we were always being asked what could be done for us by our butler and all the other staff as well.

The International restaurant was great. Having a husband who is a picky eater, we ate here our entire trip except for one night (we ate at the pizza restaurant). If you like steak and shrimp, I must recommend the Surf and Turf. This was the best steak I have ever eaten.

We will definitely be visiting Leblanc again.
