We stayed here for the weekend we had 5 rooms, Adults and young children from the age of 2 months to 11 years old.
The Hotel is very plain as far as arquitecture goes. the rooms themselves are nice but not nice enough to make up for POOR service.
As many have already stated cleanliness in common areas was pretty much non existant, Bathrooms were filthy. The Restaurants had terrible service and the food was bland at best.
The pool areas are EXTREMELY slippery I saw at least 8 people slip and fall especially little kids 2 of them smacked there heads on the pavement so hard I heard the impact.
There are bridges over the pools and they are slippery as well, we were told by employees that the MIL of the Assistant Manager had taken a bad fall as well and that the employe's would report falls everyday.
I live in CANCUN and have stayed in Morelos every year at El Cid during Fishing tournaments and I would never recommend or come back to the NH Krystal again.
The Front Desk attendants are rude and unhelpfull. One even told me that the Hotel was small when I told her I wanted a room close to the pool so my child could come and go easily. The Hotel is anything but small and unless you are in one of the first buildings (#1) the room are very far, to far to let kids come and go alone.
Getting a reservation for dinner was impossible and when we finally did go to El Mortero We were ignored by 2 hostesses that were sitting on their behinds and could not be bothered to even say "good evening". After being seated with our friends that had already been there for 45 minutes (without having their order taken ) we ordered and had to wait another half hour just for drinks. There were very young children with us that were starving (very well behaved, I was surprised at their patience) And they could not even bring them a glass of milk.
