Well that's about the only positive thing me and my wife took from this trip, our first week was filled with tender oven pork but it failed to make a return in week two, and was replaced every night with the reconstituted gelatine meat that is 'spam'. The food was horrific! The Staff where of excellent manner and very welcoming, except for Thursdays and Saturdays where understandably the all- Inclusive resort do not provide any evening meals. The rooms were basic but clean and I enjoyed numerous night sleep apart from one. On this occasion I was returning in after my regular tipple of gin to find a man with his genitalia exposed by the pool whilst his also naked companion coward from security under a nearby parasol, later that night they returned and infuriatingly rested outside my patio, at which point i asked him to leave and I returned to my slumber. I did feel the need to express my concerns to the management but when I asked the travel representative I was informed that they had run out of complaint forms.
The mini gym was sparsely fitted with a barbell, a broken chair and some sort of apparatus to work the pectoral muscles, that also failed to work. Possibly the final straw on this trip was a note from the management passed through my door at stupid O'clock warning me of the consequences of urinating in the pool. Although my wife does suffer from a delicate bladder she assured me she did no such thing and I thought this rather unprofessional, I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone!

we,ve just got back from staying at the caribbean princess hotel,and may i say it did,nt meet our expectations, we went there with a five year old child,and friends of ours had a couple of children too,there is nothing to do for the children apart from playing in the pool,also the adult entertainment is a bit of a joke, there was a organist coming to the hotel a couple of nights a week ,and he was just awful ,you could,nt help but laugh at him trying to sing,then he would put his organ on auto-play and go missing for a long time,also the food was very limited and very repetitive,we found ourselves eating out more then we intended,which was not cheap,most of the staff were very friendly and were willing to help you. we are not stuck up people and had gone to cancun expecting a bit more then we got from this hotel.

Please don't believe all reviews about this hotel. I stayed there at the same time as a reviewer from Vancouver and disagree entirely with his account from food right through to reps and staff. They were all tremendous under difficult conditions from some travellers. All reps and staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay and the hotel although not 5 star was absolutely fine. We are going back there in September as a result which,believe you me, we don't do unless happy with the place. As a seasoned traveller,all around the world, I feel able to comment fairly on the Caribbean Princess.

This hotel was Terrible.
01. My room leaked sewage - pee and poo water fell from the celing (how romantic)
02. Service pretended that they didnt speak english when we tried to switch
03. Then put us into a dirty room and we had to request it to be cleaned. Not cleaned until 11:00 at night
04. would not honour our married status therefore could not get into restaurants
05. beach was very rocky
06. Was sick from the water or food.
07 no rental snorkeling equipment avaliable
08. No elish help avaliable
09. basically stranded.
10. No one caters to you... you are there to do what they say.
