I stayed at the Me the last week of June, My first impression of the hotel was that it was so beautiful. The hotel bellhop's were great they opened the doors for us and took our luggage upstairs. Now the FRONTDESK was a different story she was rude and basically said here is your key and sent us on our way, without giving us any information about hotel, the pool, restaurants ..etc. If we wanted to know anything we had to keep calling downstairs and or ask the staff around the hotel.
The room was nice, but small. We had the luxury front ocean view but I felt the windows were to small and no balcony :( We tried to order room service a couple of nights but nobody answered so we had to go out to eat. I also called a couple of days in advance to let them know I was going to be needing to stay past the 12 o' clock checkout and they said ok they would take care of it. Well I came back from breakfast just to find out I had been locked out of my room, I was pissed ...and all they said was you had to reconfigure the key with an attitude.
All in all this hotel was very nice and a great place for the price but I wasnt pleased with the front desk, their customer service was not great and they had a snotty attitude.
Management needs to train them better we are the clients and we pay for good customer service!!
