We went on this tour because it included everything - ruins, caves, jungles, and animals, all in one day instead of taking a day apiece. We had such a fantastic time! Because of the H1N1 virus, there weren't many people down there at all, so we ended up being the only ones on the adventure with our guide, Pepe, who was absolutely awesome. We met him at La Isla and picked up our jeeps and drove ourselves. He made sure we ready to go before moving on to the next part. We all did the zip line, which was a great experience. The underground cave was gorgeous, and Pepe was very informative about everything. The lunch was fantastic. All you can eat REAL Mexican food. It was great. The interactive zoo was cool. You get to hold some of the animals and they have wild monkeys just going wherever they please.

I can't stress enough how great of a time we had! We totally got our money's worth out of the trip!

We joined three tours (ground transportation, Joe's Jeep, and Hel-Xa) along on Joe's Jeep website, we canceled trip due to the swine flu and emailed them to cancel and they said EVERYTHING is fine in Mexico now and asked us not to cancel. We requested to cancel anyways since we canceled the trip but we did't receive any refund for the Hel-Xa and ground transportation, got some money back from Joe's Jeep but not full amount, emailed them so many times but they never responsed, they still owe us $300+. Horrible experience!!

Loved it !!! Visited Cancun in April 2009 for a 4 day trip so time was short but this tour allows sight seeing and adventure without sacrificing to much hotel time. The tour guide Pepe was just great, he has the best personality a tour guide could have. Rode a new jeep from Isla Mall to the ruins in Rivera Maya, then drove into the jungle and did the zip lines and went in the Cenote, the water was refreshing. Lunch at a restaurant on the beach was really good and did a little shopping in the town, after lunch went to the zoo which was really cool, you can feed monkeys, parrots, deers, hold baby crocodiles, snakes, etc.. If you go to Cancun you have to do this tour, it's alittle bit of everything and once again you will have fun with Pepe!!

dont do it, I am saving you time and money, I ve been there!!!!!! They will take you to very cheap places! and a long long highway drive with out any real adeventure.
