Been there as the 2 round of the tour Ruth Chris, P.Madero and Harrys i can tell that is the best place for seafood. The steaks pretty good.. we had the rib eYe center cut for 2 and i was very tasty but i still prefer ruth's one. The seafood are excellent.. we had the sampler as starter.. scallops.. shrimps.. clams.. lobster.. hmmexcellent!!!
Service is average.. and prices are cheaper than Ruth's and much cheaper the Harrys which is a tourist trap in my opinion.
Wine cellar is wide and try the argentinian wines which are very verY good.

One of the best steak houses around. I go to Puerto Madero every time I visit Cancun. Excellent wines from Argentina.

We arrived and very impressed with the restuarant & atmosphere. We ordered dinner and when the food arrived, everything changed. As the waiter placed my salad on the table a cockroach crawled out. The waiter promptly took the salad and it's inhabitants away. When he returned he said that the manager said "it's summer in Cancun and sometimes that happens." The manager never came over to the table; no one even apologized. We asked for the bill, and to our great surprise they never even removed the salad from the bill. We paid & left. We will NEVER return to this restaurant and will warn everyone no to go.

This was the most horrible dining experience we have ever had anywhere in the world!

Recommend by the concierge and across from the Ritz Carlton, we took our kids (8 & 10) for dinner with a reservation. Seated quickly, then everything went south. When we didn't order alcohol, it was like we moved to the bottom of the priority list. Took a long time to place our order. There is no childrens menu (concierge should have known that).

We ordered steaks (which were huge and fine), my son ordered a meat & vegetable pasta dish (about $17) and my 8-year old just wanted a dish of plain noodles. When the bill came (lonnnng after dinner was done) they charged us $18 for her noodles. We asked the waiter if it was a mistake as my son's dish was larger and had meat and vegetables. He said, no that was what they would charge for her special order PLAIN PASTA NOODLES! We asked for a manager, he came back and said the manager was not willing to talk with us.

Very disappointing experience and probably a $140 dinner without drinks.
