The Puerto Madero was the only restaurant we went to that was full of diners. A mixture of locals and tourists. Great ambiance on the Lagoon side; attentive, knowledgeable service. Food was well prepared and delicious. My wife started with a spicy beef empanada that was very good. I started with the Tuna sashimi that was almost an entree size portion that was accompanied by slices of a hot green pepper, cucumber, a pickled slaw along with the traditional ginger and wasabi. The tuna was very good, and the pepper was a unique touch. We both had fish for the entree. My wife had the largest tuna steak I have seen served at a restaurant, and it was perfectly seared on the outside and rare on the inside. I had the whole fish which normally serves two but they kindly cut it in half. It was grilled with sage/herbs; very good. We had a nice bottle of Argentinean white wine which went nicely with the meal. We split a dessert that was a scoop of pistachio nut ice cream with a white chocolate covering. Excellent overall dining experience.
