This small hotel is a family business. There is a photo in the bar of the Grandparents when they ran it in their youth.
We arrived, 7 of us, travel weary from the long trip from England.
As we only needed 1 night's accommodation we opted for a cheaper accommodation. Our main reason for wanting to stay there was to meet our future son-in-law prior to the wedding the following Saturday.
The rooms were adequate. En-suite but no towels provided. The fan was a necessity as the atmosphere was very hot and humid. It had rained half an hour before our arrival.
The staff were very friendly and when we asked if we could put tables together, they were only too pleased to help. There were 10 of us and we all had delicious food served to us....our first taste of real mexican food. The Margarita was superb! It was all very reasoably priced too.
Next morning we all had breakfast together. This was not included in the price of accommodation, but well worth it.
Would I come here again? Yes but next time I would ask for towels!
