Transportation:

Transportation to the condos can be arranged once you arrive at the airport. There are shuttle busses, van services and taxis that can be hired for a small fee to transport you to the condos. The van shuttle services charge approximately 8 - 12 USD (negotiable) per person and will transport your luggage. Automobiles can also be rented at the airport from several car rental agencies. I do not recommend renting a car unless you are familiar with the city and plan to travel outside of the Cancun area. Most tourists travel around Cancun by bus or taxi. The public transportation system in Cancun is very safe and efficient. Busses pass by every five minutes and only cost about 0.60 USD. At the end of your trip the staff at Bellamar can arrange transportation back to the airport upon request.

Security:

The condos have 24 hour security staff located on the grounds. The condo complex is located in a very nice part of Cancun. The property is private and only guests and residents are allowed on the premises. The staff is very friendly and will help you with any questions. The condo complex is located next to the Spanish owned hotel Barcelo. Most people in the area are American, Canadian or European tourists.

Maid Service:

The condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival only. Maid services are available on a daily basis at an additional charge of 12 USD per service. Request this service upon making your reservations and arrangements will be made.
